افزونه فقط همین دسترسی‌ها را از Chrome می‌خواهد. در کارپوشه فقط می‌خواند و هیچ صورتحسابی را تایید، رد یا تغییر نمی‌دهد.

Zharfban browser extension: privacy policy

What it reads. The extension works only on tp.tax.gov.ir (Iran's taxpayer portal) and ntsw.ir (the national trade system), and only when you press a button in its panel. On the taxpayer portal it reads the purchase and sales invoices of the tax file you have open, and that file's economic code, using the session you signed in with in that tab. On the trade system it sends the same requests the site's own buttons send (confirming or rejecting incoming documents, recording one exit document for several goods), after showing you the list and asking for a second click. If the trade system asks for your taxpayer-portal username and password, the extension stops and leaves that document to the page; it never takes that sign-in. The trade-system tools are for Zharfban users: before opening them, the extension asks your Zharfban installation only whether you are signed in there. Nothing from the trade system is sent to Zharfban.

Where data goes. Invoices are sent only to the Zharfban address you entered in the extension's settings, under your own Zharfban sign-in. Your Zharfban accepts only invoices whose buyer (on a purchase) or seller (on a sale) is your own company. Nothing is sent to the extension's developer or to any third party. There is no analytics, tracking or advertising, and no remote code. The extension opens as a Chrome side panel beside the site (the sidePanel permission). If your browser blocks third-party cookies, the request is sent from inside a Zharfban tab, which the extension opens in the background if none is open. If you use Zharfban cloud, your installation is hosted on infrastructure we operate and the imported invoices are held under your service agreement.

What is not kept. Tax-portal passwords, captchas, SMS codes and session tokens are never stored or sent out of the browser. The extension stores only your Zharfban addresses, a few form preferences, and requests you chose to record, in your browser. Removing the extension removes them. On the taxpayer portal the extension only reads; it never approves, rejects or changes an invoice.
